What do I need to use Sikoba?

An Internet connection and any modern browser.

Sikoba seems to have less features than other products. Why would I want to use it?
|

Sometimes, less is more. Sikoba has been designed to be really easy to use, so there is no need to learn complex functions. It is a simple tool, and we intend to keep it that way. However, simple does not mean simplistic. We are working hard to develop powerful capabilities to search, analyze and organize data

What if I need additional storage space?

Each account includes 100 MB of storage space per user, but more can be added. All storage space is shared among users of a workgroup. 1 GB of additional storage space costs only EUR 10 per month.

What about data confidentiality and security?
|
|
The data resides on a server that is completely dedicated to Sikoba. Our system administrators make sure that the server is protected against any unathorized access. Data of one Sikoba workgroup cannot be accessed by other workgroups. All data is also backed up daily to another server, with incremental backups kept for at least one month.

Can I download a trial version?
|
|
No, you can not download Sikoba as Sikoba is offered exclusively as a hosted service. This means there is no software to install, no server to manage, no backups to take care of. It also means that we can continue to upgrade the service without having to worry about software versions installed at client sites.
